The mission of La Verne Legends Water Polo Club is to provide a structured, age-appropriate development pathway that prepares athletes for success at the high school, collegiate, and beyond levels. We focus on fundamentals, work ethic, leadership, and respect, developing complete athletes both in and out of the pool.
Our Philosophy
LV Legends Water Polo Club was founded to expand access to high-level water polo opportunities within the Chino Valley and surrounding communities. We recognize that many athletes face barriers to participation—whether due to travel demands, cost, or limited individual attention at larger clubs.
Our philosophy is centered on providing a local, affordable, and development-focused alternative without compromising the quality of coaching or competitive standards. We prioritize intentional instruction, age-appropriate training, and meaningful coach-athlete relationships to ensure every athlete receives the attention and support needed to grow.
At LV Legends, success is measured not only by wins, but by the development of confident, skilled athletes who love the game, compete with integrity, and are prepared for the next level of water polo.
Established in 2026, La Verne Legends Water Polo Club was built on a foundation of experience, leadership, and a deep passion for the game. Our coaching staff brings decades of combined involvement in water polo as players, coaches, and mentors at the youth, high school, collegiate, and club levels. The Legends were created to provide a high-quality, athlete-centered program rooted in strong values, community connection, and long-term development.
